Has anyone else jumped on the green smoothie/juice craze?
I’ve started making myself a daily concoction that looks rather ghastly but I know is giving me a quick and easy dose of nutrients – & despite how it looks, it actually tastes pretty good.
This one is banana, blueberries, honey, spirulina, chia seeds, yogurt and milk.
But I’m getting a little tired and bored with my regular blends and I need some new ideas for what to throw in. Is anyone else making them and if so what are some of your favourite smoothie/juice recipes?
