About Me
“I work with everyday women of all ages, shapes and sizes with varying budgets and lifestyles, to help them look and feel the very best they can”
I’m a Personal Stylist living in inner Melbourne. When I started receiving requests for style and fashion advice from people beyond my close circle of family and friends, I knew it was time to abandon the corporate life and dedicate myself full-time to my passion for styling . I am committed to helping women look and feel their absolute best.
I can help you edit, clean out and makeover your wardrobe and show you how to dress in a way that flatters your body shape. I can accompany you while you shop, teach you new make-up skills and simplify your day-to-day dressing. I am driven by a desire to show women their potential so they can move forward with style and confidence.
I believe that being a personal stylist is about having a creative sense of what works and what doesn’t work. It’s also about being able to relate to people in a way that makes them feel nurtured and good about themselves. I don’t work with fashion models or celebrities on shoots and parades. I work with real women of all ages, shapes and sizes with varying budgets. My opinion is that being stylish is a skill that can be learnt and that you don’t need to spend a lot of money to achieve it. The most important thing to me in my role as a stylist is to listen to my clients: to understand their needs and why they feel they could benefit from working with me.
I don’t believe in dictating to someone how they should look and what they should buy. I believe a session with a stylist needs to be a collaboration. I encourage women out of their comfort zones and advise on new looks so they feel exactly like themselves – enhanced.
I work with women who hate shopping. They find it confusing, frustrating and sometimes intimidating. I work with women who have lost their confidence – either through events in their life or because they’ve been mean to themselves for too long. I work with women who would like a companion, a second opinion and sometimes just support while they wander around the shops. I work with women who send me emails just saying, “Help!! I’m stuck”. I work with everyday women just like you and I.
Here’s what one of the beautiful women I worked with recently, had to say about her experience,
Hi Meaghan!
I just wanted to take a moment to write you, to thank you. You have made a huge difference in the way I feel about myself. You gently encouraged me to see myself in a new light, a far kinder light. You encouraged me to look for my best features instead of fixating on my worst. You encouraged me to be bold while still staying true to who I am. You encouraged me to take care of myself. All of this in a styling session?! I have read so many ridiculous fashion magazines over the years, but you influenced me more in a matter of a couple of styling sessions. Now every day I take care in the clothes I choose, that reflect how I feel and who I am and the life I lead. When I shop, I make wise choices and wear every item I buy. When I head out into the world, I feel confident and like myself, and never feel frumpy any more. So thank you, Meaghan, for making me feel great. I truly appreciate it, and I look forward to having another session!

I love old things, am addicted to scouring blogs and online shopping sites, have a weakness for happily-ever-after movies and dream of one day having my own apartment in Paris. On weekends, after a day at the football or a lazy lunch with friends, I can be found fossicking through bookstores searching for something new to add to my collection. I’m a fan of horse-racing, love a full-bodied glass of red, and could eat my body weight in French cheese.
